The easiest way to manage your class bookings is through our very own BurnTheory app. Available for download in the apple and android app stores, simply search BurnTheory and click on the app with our logo! The app is also home to a bunch of FREE health resources!

Amenities

Our Moonah studio has access to toilets and one shower. Our boxing and barre rooms are equipped with water facilities fill your water bottle with, and ample storage space for your belongings during class. We also have a private area to change in or to try on some of our retail options.

Access + Parking

Access to our Moonah Studio is via the glass door on Main Road Moonah. You will find our Barre and Boxing rooms just past the toilets on your right. There is a large carpark out the back which can be accessed from Charles Street, or there is parking options off Albert road behind the Moonah main road strip.

Our Classes

Boxing

You’re a badass, and our boxing classes bring that out – your way. No awkward partner boxing here; it’s just you, your bag, in your own space and one seriously (sweaty) good workout. Coupled with conditioning and strength work, this class is one well-rounded workout. Come in and punch it out… we know you want to.

Barre

Imagine feeling the burn with a super effective workout, focusing on body-weight isometric movements, guided by technically awesome trainers who care (actually they really do, you wait) – without the side note of judgement. Sounds too good to be true? Turn up, and trust us: the mid-class belly laugh will be as big as the burn you get and the strength you gain.

BUILD (coming soon!)

BUILD is BurnTheory’s signature strength-building class. Incorporating free weights, resistance bands and glute boxes, we’ve aimed at that sweet spot between ‘lifting’ and Pilates. Think a cross between reformer, cable machines and free weight movements; all built around a 6-week progressive overload model. It’s the strength class without the scary, designed to build lean muscle, tone, mobility and longevity in women’s bodies.

Release + Booty & Core

Hey there soul, it’s been a bit. Let’s just stop for a sec here and have a mindfulness moment. Oh and hi core strength, we’ve got your back (literally). Support your fitness with flexibility & strength. This is your serious “me time”. Just put your tights on and turn up, we’ll guide you through the rest. This is all about you my friend.
