Fitness Classes
We provide three super effective fitness methods: Boxing, Barre and Build, with each of these fitness methods giving you a super effective results-driven workout!
We created these workouts for long-term results: isometric movements in Barre builds strength and tone, Boxing adds one heck of a fat-burning workout and BUILD which is a strength class without the scary, designed to build lean muscle, tone, mobility and longevity in women’s bodies.
We also run release and core classes that compliment our key fitness methods and support you in achieving your fitness goals.
