Thrive Online movement deliver all your favourite Burn classes in the comfort of your own home (or wherever you may be!) with monthly programs to guide you on focus areas.

The Strong Program focuses on strength training,  Fit focuses on cardio fitness, Tone improves overall muscle tone and Release is the perfect compliment if you’re joining us in studio or looking for a gentle approach to fitness at home.

Plus libraries of on-demand  barre, core, yoga, HIIT, strength, boxing and stretch classes. It’s basically BurnTheory in your pocket!

We give you the tools to make healthier choices and support your movement with nourishing foods so you can have your cake and eat it too!
