Building on the success of our 4-Week At Home Strength Foundations Program, this extended journey takes your fitness to the next level. Our Strength at home 6 week advanced program is structured with targeted class focuses: Lower Body, Upper Body, Core and Cardio, and Total Body. Each week, you’ll progress through these dynamic workouts, designed to enhance your strength, endurance, and overall fitness right from the comfort of your home.

Peri-Strong Program

Developed in collaboration with experts in Perimenopause, Peri-Strong is an 8 week progressive overload strength based workout to help you build and retain muscle.
