Womens Strength build class

BUILD

 

It’s the strength class without the scary, designed to build lean muscle, tone, mobility and longevity in women’s bodies. We offer upper, lower and total body build classes so you can focus on specific strength goals.

We take the benefit of progressive overload, gradually increasing your weights over time and pair it with strength-based movements that have a specific muscular focus (lower body, upper body and total body) for the entire class so you can choose your class based on your goals. To keep you progressing without plateauing, we’ve curated a 6-week training block that allows you to build strength through repetition, but not so much that you get bored.

We slow it down and focus on technique. Every session is adaptable to your fitness level, with our knowledgable instructors providing progressions to challenge you and modifications to support you, so you can train safely and effectively. Whether your goal is to get stronger, support your everyday movement, or simply feel more confident in your body, BUILD is your time to focus on strength that lasts.

BOXING

 

Confidence AND cardio, it’s the power duo to rival your jab cross! We do boxing a little differently around here…

First, we’ve taken the unnecessary hurt out of the equation. Our water-filled bags help protect your hands and wrists from injury, so you can give it your all today and still come back swinging tomorrow.

There’s no awkward partner pairing here, it’s you versus your own bag, in your own space, with your own weights for the strength segments. That means you control your pace, your power, and your progress.

Every class is fresh. Sure, you’ll see familiar moves, but never in the exact same order. No copy-paste workouts here. We mix in strength and conditioning work with free weights to make sure you leave feeling like you’ve trained your entire body, not just your arms.

And when it comes to effort? That’s up to you. We’ll cheer you on, encourage you, and give you the push you need. But we also get it… some days are “just turn up” days, and that’s totally fine. If all you can do is slip on your gloves and move at your own pace, you’re still winning. Just show up and we’ll take care of the rest.

BARRE

 

Where grace meets grit (and multi-tasking magic).

Like one of those lovely “all-in-one” facemasks that work their magic while you relax, we love Barre for its all-round benefits. Think of a fitness goal, and it’s likely barre can help. From toning and strengthening muscles without adding bulk, to improving posture (hello, confident stance!) and even giving your cardiovascular fitness a boost… barre does it all.

Using light weights, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight, you’ll sculpt, strengthen, and stretch, while keeping your joints happy. Small, controlled movements fire up those tiny muscles you didn’t know you had! You’ll shake, you’ll burn, and you’ll wonder how something so small can feel so spicy.

It doesn’t end there: barre also helps increase endurance, rev up your metabolism, and (Doctor’s orders!) support long-term health by improving bone density and back strength.
